Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.
Stand up straight and breathe out. Use a tape measure and wrap it around the smallest part of your waist, just above your belly button. This is your waist circumference.
Measure the circumference around the widest part of your buttocks.
