Do I have to measure myself each time I order something?

All your sizing information will be saved to your profile. If your size has changed since the last time you ordered, feel free to log in and update the measurements before ordering your next item.

What is my return policy?

Simple Passion clothing is made specifically for you with your unique measurements. On the rare occasion (and we mean it's super rare) that we make a mistake and your garments require adjustments, we'll cover the costs! Please email us at info@simple-passion.com.

Each garment comes with a credit of local tailoring if slight alterations are needed. All you must do is send us an email with the required adjustments and we will get back to you.

All alterations must be requested within seven days after you received your items. Make sure that your tailor notes all adjustments made to your garment so that we may update your profile and process your credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds as the fabric is cut based on your measurements. However, we are 100% committed to working with you until you are fully satisfied.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and Klarna.

How long will it take to get my order?

Quality takes time! Please allow two to three weeks from the time of order to receive your items.

All pieces are custom-made from a completely new pattern. Our tailors spend time making sure the pattern they create is aligned with the measurements you provided.

All pieces also go through a quality screening at the headquarters. Our team inspects all pieces to make sure they are of the highest quality. Only after they pass this inspection, we send them to our clients.

What does “made to measure” mean?

This means that no two Simple Passion customers will ever get the same piece. We make every piece specifically measured to each of our customers. This is possible either by measuring your body or by using our Simple Passion app to calculate your measurements.

Which measurement option should I use?

We recommend using the manual measurement option. If you need help, we are happy to support you via Zoom.

Where do you produce?

All our pattern cutting is done in Vienna/Austria. Further production is done in our qualified tailor shop in Hungary. Pieces are ethically produced.
